Bagpipe Player (BWW Files)

Bagpipe Player is software that enables you to view pipe sheet music and have the computer play along with you as
you are learning a tune. This will allow you to learn how to play with other pipers and the tune tempo. You can even
make adjustments to the notes, tempo, etc. with the software (advanced users). Use this link to download Bagpipe
Player (it's free) and it is what you will need to open the BWW files below. This version will work with all windows
versions and is safe to download. If your anti-virus software prevents it from downloading, you may need to manually
adjust the settings to allow it to work. To download a tune after you have installed Bagpipe Player, "right-click" on a tune
and select, "Save target as...". This will let you save it as a BWW file. All tunes here are EDPB Band tunes with the
exception of those marked with *.

Booking a Piper for Weddings.

As Pipe Major, I have piped at countless weddings both in England and Wales as a solo piper and with the band, which has allowed me to understand the importance of not only looking authentic but playing music that people enjoy hearing.

We are entirely flexible when it comes to piping at weddings, as we know that each day is individual and important to each couple in different ways. We have also played at many civil partnerships, and ceremonies that are Religious, Civil and Humanist.

As a guide, the following is what we offer in terms of solo piping throughout a traditional wedding;

� Pipe for guests arriving at the ceremony
� Arrival of Bridal party
� Bride into ceremony
� During the signing of the register
� Bride and groom out of ceremony
� On and off during photos being taken
� Wedding party into reception venue
� Bridal party and / or bride and groom into wedding breakfast

We always wear the full traditional Scottish formal dress, and can alter this guide to either increase or decrease your requirements for the piper and adjust the costs accordingly.

Obviously we will cater to any particular requests you have, and are more than happy to offer any help and advice in deciding what would be best for your special day. Please feel free to contact us at any time, so that we can offer you a bespoke quote.

To make your day that bit more special, We can also offer the band to perform at your wedding, which usually involves me piping at your wedding during the day and then bringing the band in to play at night, for our unique �Beating the Retreat� show for the happy couple.

Wedding Piper & Scottish Bagpiping for all Occasions.

Hello and welcome to the Everton & District Pipe Band! Merseysides�s premier wedding piper. We have been providing professional quality traditional Scottish bagpiping services for individuals and organizations throughout the UK for over a century, and offer a service second to none.

We offer piping from a lone piper, to our ever popular mini band, always in Scottish Formal Dress outfits.

This has allowed us to play at many different events from weddings and funerals in Merseyside, to leading the Remembrance Sunday Parade for the veterans at Colwyn Bay in North Wales, as well as preforming at a service held in Liverpool for a soldier from the area who was killed while serving in Iraq. We have also piped for many corporate businesses and charities at events throughout the North-West of England as well as Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We are just at home concentrating on our core business, which is providing wedding pipers in the North-West, primarily around the Merseyside areas, but are more than happy to travel further afield.

We are able to work with organizers to provide the right mix of piping performers and music to ensure your function benefits from the impact that only a piper or pipe band can bring.
